They did our hardwood floors throughout our house. Our general contractor hired them. We probably would not have. They interweaved our old hardwood floors on the second floor. The weave was definitely not done well there is now a bump in the floor, there are gaps and seams in the weave, and loose boards. None of our old floors have these gaps or bumps, or loose boards. Very disappointing! The color turned out good. Our first floor was done 2 times. Which was upsetting. They never gave us input about picking prefinished hardwood. We were blamed for the bad work by both our general contractor and them for picking the floor. They did lay the new floor for free. We had to pay for new hardwood and removal and garbage of the old floor. The new floors turned out a lot better. I wish they would have put more input about the floors from the beginning and not leave us in the dark. They helped slow us down by 5 months.
