“I’ve been putting off writing this review until I could really speak to the results, and now that it’s been exactly one month since my treatments I can say this was an amazing experience from start to finish. Huda took care of me for both a hydrafacial and laser hair removal, and honestly the level of care and professionalism was beyond anything I expected.

The hydrafacial results were great, my skin felt noticeably smoother and more refreshed afterward, and the effects held up well over time. Huda’s customer service was phenomenal too. She stayed in contact with me throughout the entire month, checking in to see how my progress was coming along and making sure everything was on track. That kind of follow through is rare and it really showed how much she and her team genuinely care about their clients results, not just the appointment itself.

The work itself was beyond amazing. Huda and her team are extremely knowledgeable and clearly stay up to date with advanced techniques, you can tell they know exactly what they’re doing. On top of that the environment felt comforting the whole time, never rushed, never impersonal.

“Had an amazing experience at this massage envy! Cheryl was phenomenal. She was extremely good at her job and the massage was so relaxing. I have chronic migraines with tension headaches, and had been struggling with one for 6 days prior to my appointment so as a final desperate attempt to break the cycle I booked a 90 min massage for 1/26/26. Cheryl helped me significantly and by the next day I had relief! She listened to my concerns, was very kind, she knew exactly where to stretch and manipulate to help relax the muscles that were so tense. The heated massage table was a big plus too. I had such a wonderful experience I have had massages before, and this was hands down one the best I have ever received. I highly recommend Cheryl at the palatine Massage Envy. She is a skilled masseuse and an empathetic, caring person.
The whole experience was really five stars all around. From booking online, to check in, to payment, everything was stress-free and extremely convenient. The front desk associate was very professional, helpful, and kind. He greeted me warmly and directed me to where to wait after checking in. The manager I asked to speak with to share my compliments regarding Cheryl was also a very kind and professional woman, who through our chat seemed to really care about all of her employees.
