During my procedures, another lady who also works there had an inappropriate behaviour against Maria, she scremead at Maria like we are child here: “Make sure you do not take something (related to the beauty”. Listen, I work in customer service also, I understand that sometimes you may have a bad day, but do not act like a child in the kindergarten and if you see that someone needs help or is not able to find something , leave your client, go there and ask if Maria or anyone else maybe needs help. You do not have to scream the entire salon with this kind of voice and attitude. Then, later on, the lady apologized when, Maria was shampooing my hair. But it is a real apologize? I do not know, maybe. To cut it short, I would like to add: What happens happens for better, And for the management: Please do not loose Maria, she is very very very good professional, she knows what she is doing. As I said I know her, it is not the first time. It was just frustrating to hear that blonde lady, mature enough, but spoiling mood. Keep calm and control your emotions, you are at job, concentrate on your clients and do not check everyone. Anyway, I am happy, because Maria knows already everything about my procedures.
