Out of a few Ulta locations I have been to in the area, Mundelein location is much better at customer service and staff are much nicer (other Ulta locations pls take notes). Shout out to Kat and Chantelle for being kind and helpful!!
Bita assisted me by reshaping my eyebrows. I highly recommend her for any eyebrows services. Will come back to her. I was also assisted by Shantelle who provided me excellent customer service. Both Bita and Shantelle were very professional and polite. Great customer service from both. Thank you.
So I had been curious about brow lamination for a while but I was always too scared to get them done bc I have a thicker brow shape.. buttt I finally decided to get them done. I went to Ulta to makr an appt but Kat had time to do it then and there.. I was nervous but she did a really nice job. She was professional and easy to talk to, and made sure I liked everything before she finished. My brows look fuller and clean but still very natural. I’m happy with how they turned out and would def recommend her.
