Rhiannon's work with Marshal was outstanding; she provided us clear and precise instructions. They’ve been sending us the cutest pictures of Olive playing with her puppy friends, and she looks so happy and comfortable there. Olive is only 5 months old, and they’ve been so gentle and thoughtful with her — keeping her inside with her mini group of puppy friends instead of taking her outside. We really appreciate the extra care and attention they give her at this young age. It’s such a relief knowing she’s in great hands and having fun while we’re away.

“It's always nerve wracking when you're traveling and have to leave your dog at a new kennel. My dog stayed for 3 nights at waggles for the 1st time this past weekend. I loved getting the short video of her having a great time. They wore her out and she's been sleeping for hours since we picked her up. The facility is clean, staff is friendly, and I know I can bring my dog back and she'll be safe there.“

“I have boarded my dog, Peter, here multiple times, and I love this place!! My dog is reactive and very anxious. His fear when I left him there made me (embarrassingly) cry when I dropped him off, and not only did the workers comfort me, but they went out of their way to send me a couple quick photos and updates during the 3 days I was away. “I used to work as a receptionist for a dog daycare, so I've had to talk to different vets all the time all over Chicago. Now, no longer a receptionist and I have my own puppy; Preiser was one of my top 3 to go to. I HIGHLY recommend, they have a wonderful staff and receptionists. The nurses are so kind, and treated my puppy with so much love. Like, I'm pretty sure my dog loves the vet now. They helped refer me to a specialist and helped me make sure she got the best care. Pricing wasn't terrible at all. The doctor called me personally to discuss my dog which I thought was really thoughtful. Also the lobby is so cute, and welcoming. Sometimes lobbies at vets can be rough, like they can smell, be dirty, have strange colors, and have uncomfortable chairs... but not here. It's so cute and cozy, the sun shines in, there are magazines, comfy sheets, and so much space if you have an uneasy or aggressive pet that needs space from other pets. Also I have to point out that all the plants have their own names it's adorable“

I stumbled upon them when my dog tore both ACL's and they were affordable and fixed them right away ever since I did his rehab there and now 5 years later, I go there for all my checkups. I've never felt like they tried to force treatment if I don't need it and have made me feel welcome every time I'm there“
