“I wanted to review my latest service experience call with Embrich Plumbing company. My water heater was very old and needed to be replaced. After the install, installers ran into some issues with the water heater not venting properly and safely (this was no fault of Embrich's - just unforeseen and unfortunate circumstances.) Unfortunately this was late afternoon on a Friday, and after trying everything they could think of (including calling in one of their HVAC employees who stayed for over an hour), they had to leave with the water heater off for safety reasons. Knowing I needed hot water as soon as posible, Embrich employees worked Friday evening and even on Saturday to help me get the help I needed (chimney sweep services.) We eventually got everything working properly and safely. While the install did not go 100% perfectly (again - no fault of Embrich's), everyone on the team worked hard to do what they could to help with the install and to communicate with me as the customer to make sure I understood the situation and was satisfied with the install and their employees' efforts. I wanted to commend everyone at Embrich for helping me to resolve this situation safely and as quickly as possible - this includes installers (Cody, Ben), HVAC (Malcom) front office staff (Courtney, Bonnie), and service managers (Damon, Isaac) - sorry if I left anyone out. It's great to work with a company that truly cares about their customers and their needs - highly recommended!“

“Top-notch. Edwardsville's Plumbing has done routine (drain water heater) and large jobs (replace water heater) for us. Always professional, clearly communicating schedule and price estimate, and quality work. Post-Covid, when it was really hard to find repairmen at all, I mentioned to Jeff my frustration at not being able to find an electrician to replace all the baseboard heaters in the house (one of them already broken, the rest just old). He said, "I can do that!" He measured the existing heaters, showed me some options for replacements, and ordered what we picked from a Canadian company. The ordering and delivery proved difficult (we were still seeing lots of supply chain and transportation issues all over the country) and Jeff stayed on top of the whole process, keeping us informed of delays, working out issues with the shipper. When the heaters finally arrived, Jeff and his team installed them in a morning, and hauled the old ones away. As usual, the work itself was expert. Billing for the work was exactly per the estimate. I really appreciate Edwardsville Plumbing's professionalism, ability to do work promptly and neatly, and jump in and go way beyond my expectations. Highly recommended!“
