I called at 8 am on a Monday about a leaking water heater. It had preciously been installed by Tiger Plumbing (5 years old). Tiger said it wasnt under warranty. Neal's Plumbing had a plumber call me back in a few minutes and based on thr serial number they found that it was still under warranty. The plumber was at my house by 9 am and had the new water heater installed by 10 am for just the service charge.
