Pioneer Plumbing met with me promptly to talk about re-configuring my kitchen to make it more functional. Prior to their help I had a "one butt kitchen" meaning only one person at a time could walk in any direction in my kitchen because the island was too big and I had a sink in that island that took up 90% of the work space. I had to put a cutting board over the sink just to have place to roll out dough or prepare any food. It was rediculous. On top of that there was an awkward tiny sink in a corner that had a faucet that did not line up with the little sink so any time you used the water it sprayed all over the counter. This is our 1st winter in our home, so we were bound to have issues. The other day, due to the below freezing temperatures somewhere, our pipes froze. We were unable to locate the issue, so we started calling around.Greg came for an emergency call the same day. He was able to locate the issue where I didn't expect it in, our garage, a copper pipe was frozen solid. He was able to defrost the pipe and we got running water again! He also let me know what to do to prevent it from happening again since our garage is unheated. Thankfully, we lucked out too and no pipes burst in the process. Pioneer Plumbing was great to work with and I'll happily recommend them to family and friends. Greg and his office made the process really easy. I had my main plumbing stack replaced and they took their time to do a quality job. I had several questions before, and during, and Greg was really nice to chat with and answered all of my questions. They completed the work faster than I expected and I appreciate them doing a good cleaning job afterward. Finding someone who cares about their work is important and I'll happily work with them on anything else in the future.
