I brought my long down coat to have the zipper replaced. The quality of the work was excellent. The zipper was much stronger than the one replaced. The dry cleaning made the coat look new. I will definitely use them as my cleaners in the future.“

“I needed suit pants altered for a wedding. My specialty is procrastinating. We are new to the area. I saw Mitra had good reviews on google reviews. I stopped in and asked if she could do it last minute. She said she would fit me in. She asked to see the jacket since If had it with me. She pointed out she could make it better with a few changes. Technically she did the same with the pants. She was right. When I went to pick up the jacket and pants, I disliked the length of the sleeve (she had what is the standard for most suits, so it wasn’t a mistake on her part). I have served on Army, Navy and police honor guards. I am extremely picky about where the sleeve hits my wrist. She was like no problem. She will let it out that extra little bit I wanted. She even did it earlier than what she said she could get it done. She nailed the length on the pants first try. Again, I am super picky about where it hits the shoes I was wearing. I mentioned about how picky I am with the pants to shoe. I didn’t make that comment on the jacket. So 100 percent my fault. The changes to the suit she made are perfect. She also realized all the pocket on the suit were sewn shut. I didn’t even catch that. So she fixed that and didn’t charge extra. I mentioned years ago a sales person at mens warehouse talked me into trying suspenders instead of a belt. I bought several sets of suspenders. They never sewed in the buttons on any of the suits. I never went back. But I told her my last experience. That I really appreciated her extra attention to detail. It’s rare these days. She was like bring the pants back in later. She would get the buttons sewn in for me, in case I wanted to try the suspenders at some point. She will be getting all my families business after my experience. Thank you. You are truly appreciated.“
