I came in as an absolute beginner, never having touched a sewing machine before. I took a basic class on how to sew a tote bag with a sewing machine and it was wonderful! I had so much one-on-one interaction with the instructor, who was very knowledgeable and patient even for someone as completely new as I was. I came home with a pretty tote bag and some ideas on how to use my own sewing machine at home. Thanks so much!

I am very impressed with the customer service, and extremely knowledgeable staff of this family owned and operated store. My machine was diagnosed, and serviced in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

Ok, first thing to note is that I am writing this review as someone who does not sew or quilt but lives with a wife who does. Given the number of items that she pointed at and said "Ohhhh, that's pretty.". I assume the place is great. Being that she said "We will be stopping back here." I assume the place is really nice. And the women running the place we're super helpful and gave my wife a TON of good info, so based on that I thought it was great too.
