EXCELLENT Skills, Service and Timeliness. I'm a Dj and my laptop was performing horribly during my set!! Other technicians were unsuccesful at diagnosing the problem an insisted it was a virus. Marlon answered my called first ring, offered a same day appointment and patiently researched, troubleshooted and fixed the problem on the spot in less than an hour.
