Joshua hooked my son up! He did a fade and lining, and he looked like a celebrity when he walked out. My son said it was the best haircut he ever had in his whole life!! I have been getting my haircut here for years with Ro...she is so professional, kind, and a great stylist. However on this recent visit she was Amazing!!! I took my 74 year old mother in for a makeover.. who had not had her haircut in 12 years. My mother went for a radical shortcut and Ro made it spectacular.!!!!My mom was so pleased and everybody she sees loves it also.I personally could not be any happier.

I made the mistake of buying a new lighting fixture online from another company. When we were finally ready to install, we discovered that although it was advertised as being compatible for sloped ceilings, it didn’t include the proper part for doing so. Desperate to get the fixture installed, I came to Helsel-Jepperson. The customer service was fantastic. I don’t know where he got it from, but the person (one of the owners I think) located the part for me. I was prepared to pay a ridiculous sum, but the cost was way below what I expected. I felt like I had walked back in time to when customer service really came first and helping people find a way to get what they needed mattered. This will be my first stop in the future for lighting and electrical needs.

My children actually get excited to visit the dentist for their cleanings, and they look forward to their next visit whenever we leave the office! This is very important when servicing customers because the first people you see are smiling and very friendly. I've been a customer about 5yrs and have had an amazing experience. The Dentist and back end staff is equally friendly and patient. They make sure I'm comfortable answers questions. My experience has always been five star.

Didn’t take many pics the day my hair was done but I would definitely return. I was in a crunch for time but they did an excellent job with my compromised style (compromised only by my self imposed time limit). I arrived after 11 am on a Sunday and wa out by 4:30. The braids were not too tight as I initially thought and are holding up very well. They are clearly skilled and are able to mimic any style you bring them. Great work!!!
Ok let me start if I’m from cali and I was visiting and was going crazy looking for a decent barber in the Chicago area. I know I’m not a local but I can confidently say this was one of the best hair cuts I’ve ever got “I’m 34 btw” so I’ve had a decent amount of experience. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the lovely zuline. It just felt right at home. Especially because I’m used to the LA life style. Then she proceeded to introduce me to everyone “again felt like home” and I was lucky enough to be hand picked by her 2nd in command. I believe her name was Denny Fadez. All I can say is she made me almost want to move to Chicago. Customer service with high quality work. Highly recommend and if they ever ask who sent you just say biggie sent you.
Dr. Holmberg and her staff are excellent! They were able to get us in the first weekend of the new year when our new insurance went into effect. My husband and I were both in dyer need of eye exams!!
Dr. Holmberg is a great communicator. She makes you feel comfortable and heard while she exams you. She’s also so fun and personable, it really makes the experience easy, especially if you have medical anxiety like I do!
Greenspan has a great selection of glasses. Dr. Holmberg’s staff was very helpful in explaining what our insurance would cover so we could make the best decision on glasses with all the necessary information!

I had the pleasure being serviced by this company due to my oven being out! I’m giving them 5 stars PLUS more! They communicated with my about dates and times that was accommodating to my schedule! When he came out he showed me the issue and got to work… even when a part was missing, he communicated with me and came out the very next day! My experience with Dr O has been fairly good I have no issues really All but when it comes to my knees she wants me to go to physical therapy when it doesn't help I'm still in a lot of pain and I do walk on the treadmill walking up and down stairs all afternoon I thank God for her though.
