This is a very good electrical supply store. Two things really make this place stand out: first, the staff is very helpful and not bothered by a small order, and two the store is available for retail customers. There are many electrical suppliers out there, but most only work wholesale with contractors ... which leaves us do-it-yourself/retail customers shut out. We can't buy 100 of each thing we need, and sometimes we need something special. I was fixing the piezo-electric starter on a stove unit, and easily found the problem ... a wire had pulled out of the disconnect. Now you can go to one of the big-box stores (Home Depot, Menards, Lowes) to find a disconnect, but they really cater to the middle of the road products, not the specialty stuff. I got some disconnects there, but they were too wide (see picture) ... I needed a mini-disconnect. After calling around to a number of places and finding they really only dealt with wholesale/contractor business, I found Helsel-Jepperson (HJ) out in Chicago Heights on Halsted. I brought my too-wide disconnect in and said I needed a narrower one - unlike the big-box stores that had only one size, HJ had two in stock that were narrower. So long story short, if you have an electrical part need and cannot find it at the big-box stores, HJ should be your next call. My part only cost 34 cents, but they didn't act like I was a bother. I bought ten so I don't have to return, and was really impressed with the staff and service. Highly recommended.
My daughter has been going here since she was 1 and she is about to be 4. She love it here, and we love her going there. She is far more advanced at her age counting in Spanish, learning about her history. Would highly recommend.

I have been getting my haircut here for years with Ro...she is so professional, kind, and a great stylist. However on this recent visit she was Amazing!!! I took my 74 year old mother in for a makeover.. who had not had her haircut in 12 years. My mother went for a radical shortcut and Ro made it spectacular.!!!!My mom was so pleased and everybody she sees loves it also.I personally could not be any happier.

Super professional, thorough, quick, helpful, accommodating, and no pain! The receptionists are EXTREMELY helpful and just great people! The only thing that would make them perfect is if they accepted Medicaid for those over 19. Always appreciated them as Heart That Smiles when they visited my children's schools. Love them as The Smile Center, too! Cannot recommend them highly enough!!

The Woods did an excellent job with my mom and always had ideas to even make her look better. I find these people to be highly skilled. The best for walking you through the best program ever!
Had my hair ruined at another hair salon in town went to Rose’s and the owner not only fixed my hair but got it EXACTLY how I wanted it!! Highly recommend her, she has several years of experience. If you are looking for highlights or going from dark to light hair she is the person that will achieve it!

Ok let me start if I’m from cali and I was visiting and was going crazy looking for a decent barber in the Chicago area. I know I’m not a local but I can confidently say this was one of the best hair cuts I’ve ever got “I’m 34 btw” so I’ve had a decent amount of experience. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the lovely zuline. It just felt right at home. Especially because I’m used to the LA life style. Then she proceeded to introduce me to everyone “again felt like home” and I was lucky enough to be hand picked by her 2nd in command. I believe her name was Denny Fadez. All I can say is she made me almost want to move to Chicago. Customer service with high quality work. Highly recommend and if they ever ask who sent you just say biggie sent you.

Dr. Janae Ware and her team are patient, respectful, friendly and professional. They're dressed neatly and clean. They pay close attention to whatever needs I voice. They make me feel comfortable as they try to understand my needs to help them try to rectify and satisfy my voiced complaints, without making me feel like I don't know what I'm talking about, or just complaining just to be complaining. I truly appreciate them because although they have a massive patient load, they don't seem to mind going above and beyond their call duty. For this I am truly grateful.

It’s my 4th time coming here. I asked for medium butt length knotless braids. I got exactly what I wanted and my hair looks amazing!! I even tried out a new color (color black/27/613) and got a lot of great compliments. It’s first come first serve so no appointments. They work fast and efficiently. The waiting time is always worth it because once you leave the shop you know you’re going to look your ultimate best. I definitely recommend this place!
