Mike was excellent at solving my fridge door problem. Needs bit more work on communicating when things get delayed. Return visit was to be b/t 8-10 am. Didn't arrive til after 11:15, with no call to me about the delay. I ended up texting and calling Mike. All in all, issue resolved & I'm satisfied.
On Aug 22 Mike returned & finished small issue with fridge door. All good.
EXCELLENT Skills, Service and Timeliness. I'm a Dj and my laptop was performing horribly during my set!! Other technicians were unsuccesful at diagnosing the problem an insisted it was a virus. Marlon answered my called first ring, offered a same day appointment and patiently researched, troubleshooted and fixed the problem on the spot in less than an hour. What an excellent hair salon. All hairdressers are friendly. They are very accommodating to any of your concerns regarding your hair cut,color etc. You feel as if ALL your concerns about your hair are addressed. I would highly recommend this salon.

The team at TTS was great to work with. We had 2 small oddball projects that a few other places weren't interested in working with us on. Initially we were looking for some remnants, but the selection of full slabs ended up being perfect for us. It was very helpful to look at the slabs in person and bounce ideas off the team there.
Ultimately the 2 pieces turned out great - one was a replacement top for an end table that was damaged, and the other was a bar sign with a live edge for a wedding. Would gladly work with them again!
