I wanted the same brand, Bradford White, as it lasted so long and American made and most other areas plumbers installed what was in stock. “I scheduled my Fall Checkup for my furnace through Perfect Services which I have been using since the installation in 2024
This summer I had to upgrade my Google thermostat as the model was no longer supported so I upgraded to their latest release of Google Nest Learning Thermostat.
When the technician came to do the seasonal tuneup, the heating check failed to fire-up. After going through a variety of testing connections, the tech found that two white wires were switched. It was apparently done by installation of the new thermostat. In order to get the furnace operational, the same two wires connected in the furnace had to be flipped. The tech did a wonderful job in trouble shooting and explaining what he did to resolve the problem.
I have been amazed with the quality of Perfect Services technicians. They document with photos of all actions that were done. I have not been disappointed since they became my HVAC servicing company.“

“i came home to two leaking faucets (which i had admittedly been ignoring) and decided this was beyond my scope. i sent a message and Robert immediately called back and asked me to send a video and diagnosed the issue. He was doing a job pretty far away when I called, and still promised to come out as soon as he was done. He communicated well about his arrival time and was genuinely friendly and efficient in his work. (Also shout out to his partner Chris who was equally friendly and efficient!) They had some install issues with the second faucet and stayed until it was completely done and functioning well, past 8pm on a Friday.The price was a touch higher than what I expected BUT I did not ask for an estimate and they did have to do some extra work they didn't anticipate, so I was happy to pay. I'm actually fairly certain they fixed my running toilet and I didn't even ask them to do that.I highly recommend this service.“
