Bill and Dominic were super friendly. The called ahead to let us know they were coming. Very professional and expertly assessed our furnace. Gave us a couple things we need to follow up and will schedule the needed maintenance. Nice to see there are very good service people and willing to take the time necessary for the service call. We have been using this company for about 10years, from buying the whole furnace/AC to yearly maintenance service tune up. Edgar was assigned to do service at my house this time. I got a reminder that he was on his way. He was friendly and courteous. He informed me the condition of the furnace after doing the cleaning. 5 stars for Edgar's customer service.
We were notified ahead of time that Larry and Dan L. would arrive. They were on time. They came to install a new furnace. They were very knowledgeable. We have an older house that had wires that were very old. They were very professional. They listened patiently to all my concerns. They fixed the problem and installed the new furnace.
