After the first appointment I was floored at how much improvement was already made. She helped my daughter so much during her appointment time and also guided me through exercises for at home. “Recently refreshed equipment. Got rid of things many people loved and kept or added things nobody uses. Frustrating, but it a nice place. Clean. Simple. Many options for great workouts. Good trainers. Rarely crowded.”
