I really like and trust my dentist, but the person who especially inspired me to write this review is my dental hygienist, Brian.<br><br>He is incredibly thorough and excellent at what he does, but just as importantly, he’s warm, kind, welcoming, and genuinely engaged. He remembers me and our conversations from one visit to the next, takes his time, and somehow manages to make a dental cleaning feel like a pleasant visit rather than an appointment to get through.<br><br>It’s rare to find someone who is both so good at his job and so naturally good with people. I always leave feeling like I’ve been very well cared for. I’m really grateful to have found this practice and especially such an exceptional hygienist.”

“My husband and I found that all of the staff from the front office to the dental staff to be very friendly, supportive and truly considerate. My husband had recent knee surgery and need special antibiotics before any dental procedure which Midwest Dental made sure it was noted in his computer file.<br>Dr Farag is a very professional and skilled dentist. He made us feel very comfortable and explained everything that would happen in each step of the dental procedure. He often asked how we were doing during our procedures.<br>The Salem office offers complete dental care in one office which includes extractions and implants. They also work with you to fully take advantage of any insurance you might have.”

Accepted my insurance and closest option to home, BUT when I saw the reviews I cannot deny my fears.<br><br>However after two appointments here, I have nothing but good things to say. By no means do I believe they deserve the stars they have. A lot of people mention pricing- Dental work is nothing to play around with and paying a fair price is valid for their work and your safety. The service- both dentist and receptionist were amazing. My second appointment was having my wisdom tooth removed and it couldn’t have gone smoother. I HIGHLY recommend this office.
