I am very appreciative of Johnsburg dental being able to take me in during a dental emergency and walk me through to steps I would need to take for a dental implant. They also made sure that everything with the implant was to my liking. All around very friendly staff who did a stellar job. Thank you!

I was a patient of Conrad for almost 30 years. When his assistant dentist came in repeatedly 1-2 hours late, I finally went elsewhere. When word came she had left, I went back. Then in early 2020 I went for my semi-annual cleaning and checkup. I was surprised when he rasied a cleaning by $20, but as a senior citizen on a fixed income he added a $20.00 room cleaning fee in addition. That was over a 33% increase and without any advance notice at all. That goes beyond distasteful to immoral and unethical. Wow, cannot say enough great things about this office. Went here for the first time today. Each and every person was cheerful and incredibly nice… not something you come across often these days! I cannot say enough about Dr. Conrad. I am often leery of trusting dentists, but I am 100% confident he is honest as well as knowledgeable just from this one visit. He explained every step he went through with my kids and made sure my sons and I were comfortable with every step along the way. 10/5 stars!
