It is my 93 year old mom’s turn to get this health services from Admire this year. All I did was one phone call and Mark Chua made it all easy with a big sense of urgency handling it all. We are treated with respect and like a family in providing us their best people and extending us with the best care possible to my mother. My mother is very appreciative, motivated, focused and very happy with the nurse and the therapist assigned to her.We couldn’t ask for more! They are doing an excellent job taking care of my mother! “This agency has high standards when it comes to assisting the elderly. With their homemaker services, they allow the homemaker to accompany me to doctors appointments. I was even asked if I required deep cleaning services, free of charge, before officially getting my homemaker. They provided me with a first supervisor visit to confirm my needs. If I have any questions, I speak to the supervisor that handles my case to make sure that any of my concerns and questions get taken care of. They send me birthday cards and holidays, nowadays we only receive bills via mail and it is nice to receive a thoughtful card from a business. Recently, when I was in the hospital, they called to see how I was doing. They asked me to keep them updated so I could have my homemaker available for when I returned home. This agency makes sure that I receive the care that I am supposed to. My homemaker assists me with meal preparation, even if she does not know the dish, she is willing to learn.“
