My car was in an accident and Caliber happened to be one of the repair shops on Allstate’s list of collaborators. From start to finish the process was easy with partnerships with Enterprise to coordinate rental pick up and drop off to the efficient communication from the team. My car looked better coming out than it did when I purchased it! Thank you to the entire team at Caliber with special recognition to Jordan for walking me through the process and explaining even the smallest details to me. I highly recommend Caliber to anyone who wants a world class customer service experience and quality repairs!
Caliber Collision provided timely updates throughout the repair process, which I really appreciated. Mr. Hue and Mr. Julie were excellent very professional, helpful, and easy to work with. My car was repaired and ready on time.
Before coming here, I went to another shop that told me it would take a month to fix my car, but Caliber Collision completed the repairs in just two weeks, even with the Christmas holidays in between. Highly recommend their service!
Appreciate Caliber Collision so much for fixing my 4 Runner and making her brand new again. They even delivered my car to me on New Year’s eve. Shot out to Declan, Hue, Jonathan and Ulysses. Great work even better service.
