This is absolutely the best place! From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed. Everyone was so polite and friendly and when you meet the therapist for the first time they are just fantastic. Our daughter is usually very shy when she firsts meets people, but from the moment she met Teniece she slowly came out of her shell within the first hour. My daughter goes once a week to speech therapy and she is always super excited because she loves her therapist. As a mom seeing that for my daughter is heartwarming Teniece is amazing! I wouldn't recommend any other place besides Westside!
Georgina is the best! She does a phenomenal job with my hair and is very personable. She adds a nice extra touch of hand massage at hair washing. The salon has a pleasant atmosphere, not stuffy.

I go to this location to see Amanda. She is an amazing stylist. Amanda and two other stylist that have been at the location for 1-2 years are top tier talent. Great Clip should consider themselves to be extremely lucky to have that talent. Those three ladies could easily open their own shop and many customers would follow.

Dr. Otto, is the only dentist that will always ask as he's working are you ok? Checks your x-rays to make sure you don't have anything he sees to bring on any new possible problems. If you are looking for a great Dentist you must try Dr. Otto. He's located at Brookforest Dental. He is the very best!!! He is interested in his patients.

This was my first time at a chiropractor and I was a bit nervous. Dr. Dan was really friendly and knowledgeable. He did a wonderful job making me feel comfortable about everything he was doing and I really do feel a lot better! Also, as a busy teacher and mother, I love that I can walk in even when my life (and my children) make me late for appointments. I would definitely recommend him!

I’ve been coming here for 5 years and it completely got rid of my migraine headaches…..had no idea that a chiropractic adjustment would do such a thing! Very laid back environment, no high pressure sales or anything. Dr Nomon is great!!!!
Dr. Ryan was running a $29 promo on Facebook. So my husband and I signed up for it. Our appointments were hours apart but the receptionist called that morning and said we both can come in at my husband’s time! Perfect! We get there. They are busy and we have plenty of time to fill out new patient paperwork and then we are taken into a room to wait until Dr is finished up with his morning patients. I could see and hear what he was doing and the patient had questions and Ryan would stop and take the time to explain to them the process of what he is doing and why. He also seems very close with his patients because they would talk about family life and etc! You usually don’t get that anymore. Dr. Ryan and my husband hit it off immediately and they pretty much talked the entire time. We were there for 3 hours total. But we both had X-rays done and adjustments. I highly recommend Optimal Health and Wellness in Shorewood, IL. Thank you Dr. Ryan and Staff!
I’ve been going to Dr. Jenna for the last month and she has already helped improve my low back pain significantly. She does more than just an adjustment, she educates you what you can do at home to continue improving.
We have had great experiences with Dr. Ken Overmyer. Not familiar with many of the techs, but we recently dealt with Courtney who was very attentive and kind. Cathy and Marissa have gotten us in promptly and are welcoming when we come in.
Dr Robinson is always so kind and patient. He answers all my questions, and never seems rushed. His front staff is also awesome. My dog actually loves to go there....until we have to go in the exam room for vaccines.

Exemplary SERVICE, is how I would describe the Shorewood location of Massage Envy. Brittany has become my favorite therapist along with Basia as my esthetician. I have been a regular monthly sometimes twice monthly client, and I have been treated greatly. The staff that is supervised by Jamie is outstanding!!! Jamie, not only cares for her clients, but I have seen her care for her staff. I do not know any of them personally, but they make me feel like family. There is nothing I can't call and ask and get clarity on and I appreciate that. Jamie discreetly takes care of me, my family, my coworkers and my friends to the very best of her ability! Dr. Mitch and Jason were wonderful at treating my two separate injuries. They incorporated manipulation as well as exercises and stretching into every session. They were very professional, positive and overall nice people. The techs were also great! I will definitely recommend this location to friends and feel lucky to have found them shall I ever need them in the future.
