Dr. Otto and his team take great care of my teeth and communicate very well throughout the process (scheduling appointments, dental care, insurance, etc.).
The team at Brookforest Dental are incredible! I trust them very much! Hygenist Dawn and Dr Otto are very thorough and Meghan is so very welcoming and helpful w dealing w insurance! I've been coming for years and wouldn't think of going elsewhere!
Dr Otto is the best! Very knowledgeable, so polite and takes his time to make sure you’re comfortable and to ensure everything is done perfectly. He also stops to ask how you’re doing as he works on you. Have been seeing him 18 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
The rest of the staff is also super friendly!
