My nail tech continuously started starting over again, not knowing what she was doing and she made my fingers bleed without apologizing, and she made all the nails uneven but that was this one tech, but otherwise all the other nail techs were great!
Came back to the shop for the 2nd time in the same week for a polish fix, and Henry put a smile on my face, very good customer service, he’s very funny, and cool. Book Henry for your services. Thank you Henry for all that you do 🫶🏽
My first two experiences were not great. I did no chip the first time and it chipped within the first week. I went back and got gel. They were horrible no shape, super thick and two nails actually came off like press ons. I decided to try one more time. We'll thank goodness I did. I got Kayla. She is amazing I get so many compliments on my nails. She listens and does a great job shaping. My nails last super long and she understands what I like for color.
