The therapists listen to your concerns and take care of any issues you may have. Their knowledge is outstanding and go above and beyond a textbook prescribed therapy program. “This was my first experience with receiving Physical Therapy. At this location, Rob was professional, personable, and informed me every step of the way during recovery. I felt supported over my 4 month recovery from a MTBI and needing treatment for vestibular dysfunction and injury due to whiplash.Angel and Yolanda were incredible as well. Matt and Becky are really fantastic at what they do and will give you a program that suits your needs based on really listening to your pain and prescribing a holistic program to address it. They are gentle and attentive, and the assistants at the facility are too. Everyone is very skilled and accommodating and I recommend them to anyone who might need PT services.“

“I'm starting out with 3 stars only because I just received the injections yesterday 3/28, and it will take up to one year to get the full benefits. I will adjust my rating as time goes on. (I'll tell you if it was worth the out of pocket thousands it cost me at the end of my journey.) I'm really excited and looking forward to seeing/feeling improvement in my cervical spine. The procedure was done in the office, Dr Mason used imaging to ensure proper placement of injections, and only took a few minutes. The people are very nice. I went to the Arlington Heights location at 415 West Golf Road. /// I had my one week follow up. Things are going well. I had my first chiropractic apt. - felt good afterwards. (I visited chiropractor previously, lots of cracking, very scary for me. I was told I had a pinched nerve and dystonia - diagnosis without any images. Obviously he was wrong. I had 2 nerves pinched and NO dystonia.) The chiropractor here looks at imaging first - rest assured he will be doing what's needed according to what your image is showing - not guess work. So far, I'm happy with this place. !!!!!!!!!!!!!! UPDATE 4/20/2018 - There is a little more range of motion in my neck, and it feels like my neck has been oiled so I have to up the rating. (So far EVERYTHING has been positive. However, I have felt some discomfort/soreness but I think that is to be expected while things are being put back into alignment.)“
