“It was time to replace my thirty year old roof on the house I built. I was impressed with the organization ,workmanship, and everyone I met in the process of replacing the roof ,skylights and gutters. I was not looking forward to it but by the time it was over with I find myself looking up at the roof when I come home thinking it makes the house looks new and actually missing the activity. All products used were great from the Certain Teed select shingle master integrity roof system (im enjoying the new color and the more 3d effect of the shingles), the new Velux skylights and the way the gutter corners are mitered versus pre-made corners.“

“I had been working with siding and roofing companies for a fair quote and trying to understand what was involved. It was fairly terrible due to lack of transparency. Then John came by. He was very clear in what was going to be done and why, then gave a very reasonable quote for the work.
He put Hardie Board and a new roof on over 3,000sq ft. He found rotten wood and replaced it, along with black mold in my attached garage roof which needed new plywood all for a reasonable price.
He also installed new larger windows and doors.

“McCann Windows and Exteriors Just completed 13 windows and 1 sliding door last week on my townhouse. I went with the Pinnacle by Lindsay Windows. I was so elated at what a great job they did. Their team did a perfect job on the installation. It took them 2 days. They cleaned the house when it was completed and even used a blower on the driveway so as not to run over a nail or screw left behind. They caulked inside and out and even offered to help me move my furniture back in its original place. I would certainly give them a 5 star rating. They did a great honest job for a great honest price.“

David listened and provided suggestions to diagnose and create a plan to fix the issue that was ultimately tied to improper insulation work from a prior contractor (decades ago) that was exacerbated by wear and tear over time. “I had purchased replacement windows from Lake Cook Exteriors many years ago. The best money I have ever spent on the house - they look and work great. Unfortunately, one of the windows fogged up indicating a seal had failed. I contacted Lake Cook and they advised me it was covered under warranty. They asked me for the serial number of that specific window. I emailed it to them along with a photo of the cloudy window, and they ordered and installed the replacement - no charge.
