Lisa was amazing to work with and helped me understand all the different features that come with new appliances, not just the washer and dryer! We had a truck to take it home but forgot we needed straps to tie it down. No worries Lisa had us covered she let us BORROW her ratchet straps, like I said she’s amazing!
