I called Stebbins Appliance about my Whirlpool washer on Tuesday and they scheduled a service appointment for Thursday. The repair man came at the scheduled time changed a control panel and the washer is fixed. I purchased the washer at another dealer that since is no longer in business. I'm very pleased with Stebbens response and service and will be shopping with them in the future. I highly recommend this business for the purchase and service of appliances. 👍
Avoid the big box stores!! I’ve tried ordering from Lowe’s and Home Depot. Every time my order date comes shipping is delayed. They had me waiting over a month for my appliances. I stopped in and left with the washer and dryer, I wanted that day! They are able to drop it off and install, they also offer disposal services for old ones. Lisa was amazing to work with and helped me understand all the different features that come with new appliances, not just the washer and dryer! I was shopping for a new laundry set. Lisa provided excellent customer service, answering all my questions, as well as sharing information I didn’t think to ask. My Maytag washer and dryer were delivered ahead of schedule. Removal of the old set, and set up of the beautiful new set was quick and professional. My laundry smells extra fresh with use of the laundry detergent Lisa recommended. I highly recommend shopping at Stebbins Appliance. Shop at your local hometown shop and support your local community.
