Hired them for a fairly large job in 2019, refinished kitchen and den area existing hardwood floor, and installed new hardwood on the rest 1st floor and entire 2nd floor, plus stairs. The boss did the quoting, visit and evaluation in the beginning, then left one guy finishing the job without showing up until payment time. Problems and response from the boss: 1) There was a large stain mark left in the dinner room because a fridge was not moved out. But the mark would stay was not communicated before hand.
