He could have told me the binga-ling-ring was broken, and who am I to know any better? He took his time to explain how the oven functions, and why we were having the issue we were. He tested everything out, and it turns out it was an easy, free fix. I appreciate his honesty and valuing our trust in him, rather than looking to make a buck by making something up to repair. I can tell this is an honest company and I will refer all my friends to them!“
