“Everything was lovely till the end. I was told my nails were dry at the end of my manicure but they were not. By the time I got to my car more than half of my nails were already smudged. At the end of the appointment about 30 minutes before we were due to be finished, the receptionist told my nail tech that the next client had arrived and everything was rushed after that.
