I’ve been a general contractor in the Chicago area for many years, and working with this architect has been one of the smoothest and most professional experiences I’ve had. Their plans are clear, detailed, and extremely well-coordinated, which makes construction in the field much more efficient. I stumbled upon these guys during a yelp search and when I messaged them at 3am (I have a 6 week old) they instantly messaged back! If that wasn't enough when Tom got to my new home to check it out and draw up my proposal, he couldn't have been more thorough. He arrived on time and stayed well beyond what I expected, going over everything in great detail and helped me understand the undertaking I'm embarking on. I felt in good hands almost immediately and would recommend this company to anyone looking for an architect, the level of care, detail and overall concern for my project was refreshing and I was happy to end my architect search before even looking around for others.
