Staff members are great at ensuring customers can find everything they need, offering awesome recommendations, and explaining the benefits of products. They help with every single need, from picking the perfect gift to understanding what is trendy, what deals are ongoing, and what the hottest products are. The store is well-stocked, with everything customers are looking for. Special events like an exciting opening with fun raffles add to the positive experience. This helpful and patient service makes customers feel happy and transforms those who may have felt lost or had past bad service into fans. Customers leave with their emotions and heart happy, often planning to return, and enthusiastically recommend specific helpful associates to friends.
i had an amazing experience at this sephora! all of the employees were extremely friendly, kind, and helped me to have a good experience. sophie and jason especially were great and made sure that i was able to find everything i needed. they had everything i was looking for and all of the products were in stock. thank you!!
It was about two weeks ago when I had attended this specific Sephora location. It was the weekend before my daughter’s birthday and I was helped by a short petite girl with a name similar to Khaliluh, I am not sure the exact spelling but she was a WONDERFUL lady who helped me with every single one of my needs! She helped me picked the exact perfect gift for my daughter just in the time for my last minute birthday shopping LOL. I haven’t been to a Sephora in years because of past bad customer service and always feeling lost in all the products and not understanding them. I had a great experience, the opening was really exciting and the raffles was a really fun idea. Karla and Sam were so helpful and super patient with me! Definitely ask them for help if you need any good recommendations!
Update: Jonathan is also very sweet, I came in for the third day raffle and he was a lot of help as well!
