“The best pediatrician in rockford hands down! He has been the doctor for our children for 3 years. He trusts and listens to moms and is very good and patient with babies and toddlers. He diagnosed the hole in my daughters heart at 4 days old just by listening with a stethoscope for a minute. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my kids. He is an amazing doctor.“

“Worse service I've ever seen 7 hour wait in the waiting room there's a older lady sitting next to me throwing up blood and having a bathroom issue sitting in fecal matter they are still making her wait her daughter said something to the front desk they called security on pick any other hospital but this one“

“I met Dr. Knight when I was inpatient at Van Metre Hospital in 2020. After I was discharged, I continued to see him at Medlux. I've met with a couple different nurse practitioners there and haven't had a negative experience with anyone!
The reception girls are nice, helpful and patient. Being a past receptionist myself, I understand how stressful and tedious that job can be and I think they do a great job. One lady always asks about my husband when I come in alone ♥️(he usually has to drive me). I've had small chit chat with some of the reception girlies and they are always so sweet and nice.

I've received trigger point injections from Dr. Knight and even though I hated it (not a fan of needles, let alone in my most painful areas), the procedure wasn't as bad as I was expecting. He also allowed my husband to be in the room for emotional support. It was quick but he didn't rush and was very patient with me as I had A LOT of anxiety that day.

Dr. Knight also helped me obtain a medical marijuana card (after years of trying to find a doctor who wasn't just in it for the money). And he doesn't judge me for choosing to smoke as part of my pain relief methods (unlike some of my other doctors).

Overall I think Medlux is a great place to go if you are in need of a pain management doctor. Yes they have their rules and regulations they have to abide by, but they are flexible and are willing to work with you.

“I was admitted to the hospital recently for a cellulitis infection. Everyone from the ER to the Med/Surg floor was great. They were all friendly and made sure that I was comfortable and taken care of. Everyday someone stopped in to clean my room, mop, and wipe down surfaces. Quality assurance and a nice lady from administration stopped in to see how my stay was going. I was kept in the loop with what was going on consistently. Night staff did a great job of being quiet when coming in to set up IV's etc. Kim my day nurse was awesome and personable. All around a very good experience! Highly recommend!“

I have always had a dr here that listened to my concerns and helped me. Stop in and talk to a few employees you will see that this location IS somewhere you want to come for general practice medical care. ?“
