She is extremely fearful and we could do all the vaccines and blood draws last time, but Dr. Wilbert worked with our previous vet clinic to prescribe a perfect meds and my pup responded well. She was able to get the shots and blood draw successfully. It was our first visit and we are glad“

“My dog had been shaking her head like her ear bothered her. So I kept looking with flash light, and carefully using a qtip. Well Sat I looked in her ear and now it was oozing liquid and look like a thick gel inside. Anyway time to go to vet!! I called my vet at 10:00 Sat am, and could only leave a message. So I called back .Then about 2:00 my vet office called me back!! No now we're closed we can see you Monday,! Monday I work any way I thought of Pet Supplies in Des Plaines just opened a clinic., so I ran over there they were wonderful!!! Better than my vet. Dr. Carol I believe and her assistant!!! Such a great team. My dog is not always easy, she's a rescue from the city 2 yrs living in the streets. Then the pound!! And her ear hurt now so No No!! Well the assistant held her tight and muzzled her very quickly.,and Dr look Ed. Then put it under microscope and say it's a yeast infection. You can take her home and try ear drops or we can do a 30 day drop,and see if it works!! One day later my dog is so happy!!! They were so quick, but not rushed,so reasonable, and very good even with a difficult dog!!! I love them!!!I'll be back“

“My kids have been going to this clinic long before Dr. Flahven took over from Dr. Lang. We have been there on our best days and, sadly, our worst. We have always received superior treatment for our various cats even with end of life care. Dr. Flahven works hard to balance quality of care with the owners budget as well and offers alternate treatments if needed. This also means he has multiple ways to address health problems which is critical as one solution may not work. With my special needs kitty, she needed to be seen regularly and when we had an emergency situation, he helped us. I cannot say enough good things about this clinic, it's staff and Dr. Flahven.“

“Dr. Zink and his staff were great! My dog Finley was treated there for regular vet care and a surgery and we have always been really pleased with the care he has received. We only stopped coming because we moved to Texas. Big shout out to Karen and Julie who treated Finley like he was their own when he was being boarded. Knowing I was leaving him somewhere safe and reliable made traveling easier. Prices are standard for vets and they try to do everything they can do help out such as vaccine discounts on certain days. We will miss it!“

The staff were super helpful and friendly. The Vet gave our dog a thorough check-up and made some useful recommendations. The pricing also seemed very fair. “Followed Dr. Beloiu to her newest location for one of our dog's annual exam. I called to make an appointment and the process was easy and seamless. I received an email with our pet's information to review and to also check in. When I arrived , the receptionist was so kind . All of the staff were nice and caring. Of course, I am always happy with Dr. Beloiu . She is so calm and reassuring and our dog is immediately put at ease. When I scheduled the appointment a $65 charge was required , and it was applied to my bill. Overall, very happy with the entire process and service.“
