He showed me that Alliance was an authorized installer of GAF, a top product that had a layer attached to the plywood fixed on the house frame, and the shingles on the top. It is like having a dual protection for my home. GAF provides life time warranty for their product.*** filled out the authorization to initiate a claim with State Farm that included replacement costs considering my roof already had 30 years.When the State Farm adjuster came, *** was here, and he agreed that the roof had to be replaced and the skylight as we had water damage in my bathroom. State Farm is covering that as well.During the entire process I had the pleasure to meet *******************, one of the owners of Alliance. ***** assisted to expedite the installation and minor issues we had that were fixed 100% to my satisfaction.Today I have a brand-new roof that should be able to resist a lot of rain, wind, and hail.I recommend using Alliance Roofing @ Exterior for any roofing needs.“
