During my experience, I got the opportunity to see the Martin Exteriors group work as a team to really provide some great customer service! From my first interaction with their Director of Operations set things off on a good note. She was very friendly and was able to promptly turn around a service request based on the needs described. Our sales Rep. Matt Tanner was able to quickly come over, assess the issues and provide recommendations. It was obvious that his experience helped him to truly be knowledgeable in the field while also helping me to understand the situation and needs. Throughout my time working with him, he was very communicative, professional, and friendly, and I never had to guess what was going on. I also got support from Rigo and Amanda throughout. Both stepped in to help ensure a great experience and prompt replies.
Together the team delivered and fixed our issues with our soffits, fascia, chimney flashing, and shingles.

“JJD Roofing is one of three companies I contacted this past summer when I had the roofs fail on three different properties I own. They came in with the lowest bid and I decided to use them to replace the roof most in need of replacement. “We called Hail Guard to side our house & wrap our windows. The price Eddie quoted us was way less than we expected to pay ($8600 compared to the $35,000 Feldco offered for the same services). The workers showed up at 7am and finished our small 60x30 house within 12 hours. When they wrapped the windows, it wasn’t the plain wrap you see on other houses; it had style to it!
