Whenever my daughter or I come into the clinic for urgent care we always receive a warm welcome from the front desk representative. The staff and providers are knowledgeable and thorough. The minimal wait times and friendly staff are great! The clinic environment is clean and organized, which always puts us at ease during what can be a stressful time. The providers take the time to listen to our concerns and explain the treatment plan in a way that is easy to understand. I would 100% recommend this place. Everything was seamless. From the customer service I got from the receptionist to the super clean and aesthetically pleasing waiting area and my physical exam with Dr. Patel, all of it worked like a dream. I think this facility is a jewel and other medical care places can learn a lot from them.

Love the place over all. Most of their staff is amazing, except the older lady whom I believe is the manager upfront, acts as if you’re a bother. From there on Allison, Terry, and Steph are so sweet and great professionals. I have to give credit to AJ as lately she’s been alone. She’s a rockstar for still having a smile no matter what. Have been a patient since 2015
