“I've been coming to brightside for over 2 years now and the ladies at the front desk are always very polite, the dr is very knowledgeable. The only downside is they (the company not the workers) don't take any insurance so it's all out of pocket for the monthly visits. But other then them not taking insurance at all they really know what they're doing and get you in and out of there in a timely manor. They're not like most places that will make you come in and sit there waiting for 30 mins to an hr just to see the dr for a couple minutes. If they start accepting insurance I wouldn't have any complaints about brightside. If you're on the fence about picking a good place to go after rehab and don't want to do an inpatient/outpatient and want a place that knows how to help you with your addiction then try brightside of North aurora out, I know you'll be pleased with the staff!“

“I liked that they gave my son a count down because at some places they don't and they just stick you and you don't always know in till you feel a poke.“

“For your health and well being, go anywhere else but here. If I had known in 2006 half of what I have learned over the years, there wouldn’t be a Fox Valley Medical Associates. It’s the other half of what I have learned that will hopefully make that happen.“

“Had appointment 8/28/2023 and received great care. On 9/6/2023, received Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from Insurance stating I will owe $178.23. A few days later, Midwest Dermatology send me an email with the invoice. I paid it in full on 9/15/2023. In December 2024, nearly 1-1/2 years later, I received a bill from Midwest Dem stating I owe another $45. They apparently resubmitted the claim under their 2024 contractual agreement and are now trying to collect more money. This is a great example of unethical billing practices. I do not recommend them. (By the way I am VP & RN for a large Medical Group, so I am familiar with medical practices.)“

“Dr. Rappette and his staff are always, and unfailingly, exceptional. Dr. Rappette tailors his treatments to the patient without any cookie cutter solutions. When it comes to trusting a physician, Dr. Rappette has my full confidence. If you're seeking relief from any foot related conditions, I strongly suggest you to give Foot and Ankle Centers the chance to prove me right.“

“Dr. Milani takes all the time you need, I never feel rushed. He makes sure you understand the problem and what your options are going forward. Appointments are always on time. I have never had to wait in reception or the exam room for more then a couple of minutes. Dr. Milani and the entire staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I tried many area doctors before I found one I liked and trusted. I have been with Dr. Milani for over 10 years. I continually recommended him to friends, and will continue to urge others who are looking for a caring doctor to make an appointment with him.“

“Advocate Offices here cover just about everything you can imagine all your scans ophthalmologists cardio Ducks internists and many more usually the service is really good are you getting very close to your appointment time if not on time or early. Staff is usually very helpful and polite and kind..“
