Staff changes a lot but not the front girl Karina. She’s the best. Helps me with what ever I need. I travel to Wisconsin a lot and seem to run into to traffic or need to reschedule at times and she always tries her best to work me in the schedule. Always has a smile on her face and makes you feel welcome. She’s the only one that’s been there the longest now and I hope she stays there. I enjoy seeing her when I come to my visits. Dr Chen is the best as well. I hope he doesn’t plan on going anywhere either? Nice to see them both. Billing needs to work their situation out better. The five star is for Karina and Dr Chen.
Dr. Chen is one of the greatest Dr.s. I have ever had the chance to see. I've been going to him for over twenty years and I would recommend him to anyone for pain issues in various procedures that he can perform to reduce pain anguish and stress.His staff are well versed and very caring.
