They NEVER answer phones and when they do they put you on hold for a LONG time. I have called while inside and they are doing NOTHING and still don’t answer phones. Good doctors but HORRIBLE nurses and assistance. They have attitudes they need to get off their high horse and DO THEIR JOBS.

I called to see if they were busy and said no, i get there within 10 minutes and it's packed, it's usually a long wait as they only do walk-ins, an appointment option would help a lot!

Ghaly is such a bad doctor. His title of “Dr” should be stripped. This man is living off an award he received decades ago. I came in with back pain and left with a huge bill… all I got in return was “advise” I don’t need advise from a man that pushes for surgery and complains about doing research. “ I should be charging your for all this research but I won’t because you are in pain” which type of dog says that? Worthless man is living off money he’s stealing from patient seeking for help. Please save your time and money and go somewhere else!
