Countless unreturned phone calls, text messages, emails and missed deadlines they set. In the aftermath of a house fire, the lack of communication and accountability was incredibly frustrating and added unnecessary stress to an already stressful situation. I would strongly caution anyone considering Restoration Techs.
Do not hire this scam. I was hired to do work for this company and to date still owes me over 20k. Just ran into another contractor that did work for him and has not paid him for services provided at the same property as me. Has been ignoring my calls, emails, texts for 2 months now
