“This facility has a very friendly and welcoming environment. The entire team is very profesional, skilled, knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate. They go above and beyond to help each patient with their physical therapy needs. Both Becky and Bobby with Diana assisting took the time to fully explain each movement and exercise to ensure that I recevied the best of care. They all provided correction when necessary. I went from barely being able to raise my arm to full range of motion. They even provided detailed exercises to do at home when I was done with therapy. I highly recommend PTSIR for your therapy needs as I've done in the past and will continue to do so.“

“I don't really write any reviews but I had to write this one. Dr Reyes was INSTRUMENTAL in my healing process. I had a neck pain that resulted in tingling and numbness down my right arm and progressed pretty fast. When I went to my doctor they suggest surgery off the bat. My other Nurse Practitioner suggested physical therapy instead. I went for about 5 sessions and I have full functionality of my right arm with no numbness or tingling. Dr. Reyes is also a great personality and listens very well when you speak to him. He is very mindful of your limitations and also gives great insight as to what you can do to get better in the long run. The office is very professional and clean, they have a great atmosphere and ambiance. The Physical Therapy Coordinator is very nice and she always provide a welcoming energy. I would definitely go there again and refer all my friends to go.“
“I injured my back in 1998 and was very scared and reluctant to have anyone do anything to me I was lost in pain so much that I couldn't walk more than 10 ft and had to lay down. I suffer this pain until I went to frankfort physical therapy and seen Dr ryba. We came up with a plan together..can you believe that a Dr let me have input on my recovery and treatment. It was amazing to me too be treated this way because for some 4 years everyone else I seen was in it for the insurance ECT. But Dr ryba was different he cared and built my trust and in doing so my back through his guidance got so good I went back to the softball field and making love to my wife, and chasing my kids and playing with them. If you are scared and uncertain as I was make an appointment you will find the difference here that they listen and care about you as a person, a father, mother, 2 sons and a daughter run this place and they treat you like family. “My mother was a patient with Healing Hands for four years . She received outstanding care during those four years ! I am confident because of their care it had extended her quality and life which resulted in avoiding repeated hospitalization. Their organization and integration of staff makes dealing with them effortless. -Wendel, the case manager had a wealth of knowledge and always was on top of my mom's health condition , problem solving and reaching out to medical doctors , and auxiliary health care ensuring my mom maintain quality and avoiding worsening health condition. -Alana, the Rn who visited my mom in her home was professional, kind , caring and listened to my mother's concerns. - Rose, her Physical Therapist kept my mom strong , walking and self efficient My mother, who never exercised regularly, was looking forward to Rose's visits and regained her strength after two stays at a rehab facility. “To respond to the woman's review below... while I feel anyone can post whatever they like, it would be best to at least get the facts clearly stated before bashing this clinic. Your daughter was in need of my help. She forgot to bring in her insurance cards on her initial visit, so it's impossible to tell her what the benefits are without the card. I treated her anyway, as she was in significant pain. When she returned for her follow up, we were able to see her insurance cards and you were informed that we would verify benefits the following day. By your third visit the benefits were given, and since I was out of network, the benefits were different than if I was in network. The insurance covered my practice, just at a different rate. When you decided to end care that day, we allowed you to have a payment plan without hesitation. It only works when we actually get paid a reasonable payment in a responsible time frame. Collections didn't occur until 7 months later, after failure to respond to several letters and/or phone calls. You can have your opinions, but please don't lie in an attempt to smear me. You will never meet a doctor who cares more than I do.“

“Very happy with my appt. Cheerfully greeted and told what would be covered by by insurance upfront. Met with Caitlyn who was professional, knowledgeable and after getting my background explained how she planned to proceed. I felt I was in good hands and felt comfortable moving forward with the exercises to strengthen my leg to support the healing of my fractured patella. At my request sent home with instructions for a few exercises I can easily do at home and will return for a couple of sessions in each of the next two weeks. Highly recommend their services.“

“Dr Troy and his team were great! I had been having back issues for years. Got to the to the of the problem, bulging disc. Had a disc replacement done by Dr Troy & Dr Thill. After recovery I felt like a new person! Having back issues in my mid 30's was rough! Dr Troy was a godsend!I've read through some of the other reviews, and, frankly, I had nowhere near the experience of the others. I felt cared for, valued and safe in Dr Troy's (and the rest of his team's) care. The office staff were all amazing as well. It took a lot of back and forth with my insurance and they never treated me like a bother. Highly recommend!!“
