The Hot water was soothing to both my knees. The exercises were easy. Hope 🙏 I will be able to regain my two mile walk at the track this Spring like I used to do 3 years ago slow and sure.My stamina has been defeated by the swelling and mild pain in left knee which began to slow me down in walking and climbing stairs.
I've had PT several times and this was certainly the best experience I've had. My therapist was kind, proficient and patient. She explained why a certain motion was helpful and made certain that I understood before we moved on. I have a medical background and she impressed me--that's hard to do! I will be returning, confident that I will see improvement under her direction!
Caring staff, extremely friendly and professional. I would recommend them to anyone. Mel was my therapist, she’s terrific! And Devon the office coordinator is a pleasure to work with.
