Ive been to several Physical therapy practices over the years and IBJI is hands down the best in our area !! One on one with your therapist , no assistants taking you through . Jessica is absolutely the BEST therapist I have ever been to . I was on a walker and in unbearable pain when we met for our first session after the Intake appointment. She zero’d in on the issue regarding an old tail bone injury and I was off the walker within 24 hours ! It was miraculous. Although insurance will cover many more sessions , my release was after 6. I go to the Frankfort location and this place is a10. I highly recommend this practice !!
I am very impressed with the facility overall. The office staff is very good which is a very important part of the success of any business. My primary physical therapist, Hanna, is inquisitive and very attentive about how things are going and analyzes the information to determine next best steps towards progress. She is great at explaining, in detail, the exercises and the importance of how to do them correctly. I feel very well cared for by her and know that I am in great hands! Thank you IBJI team!
I've taken physical therapy here years back and to be honest with you, now returning for something different, I can see that they haven't missed a beat. I'm sure personnel has changed since then but I sure as heck wouldn't go anywhere else. They are welcoming, friendly, very knowledgeable and compassionate. They focus each visit with a regimen that I definitely can feel and see putting me on the track to recovery quickly. The therapy area is very clean and organized.
