7068 183rd St, Tinley Park“Mike is an exceptional physical therapist. I started treatment due to significant difficulty moving from multiple bulging discs, and from day one, Mike and his team were encouraging, attentive, and intentional with my care plan.
What truly sets Mike apart is how heard he makes you feel. He takes the time to listen to your concerns, explains the plan clearly, and works with you at a pace that challenges you without overwhelming you. I never felt rushed or dismissed — I felt supported.
By consistently following his care plan, I’ve improved drastically and, more importantly, regained my confidence in my movement and strength.
I’m incredibly grateful for Mike and his team at Team Rehab. If you’re looking for a physical therapy team that truly listens, encourages you, and partners with you in your recovery, this is the place to go. I can’t recommend Mike enough.“

“I’m Dan R (44), and in the blink of an eye I went from running six miles a day to struggling to walk a few blocks. What I first thought was a normal sports injury lingered for weeks, then months. That’s when I decided to seek help at Theory.
From the very beginning, Dena sensed that my pain wasn’t a typical sports injury, something else was going on. What followed was a revolving door of doctor appointments: my primary care physician, a rheumatologist, an endocrinologist, and a long list of tests.
Through all of that uncertainty, the one constant was Theory, and especially Dena. While I sometimes went weeks without hearing from one of my doctors or getting a clear explanation of my results, she was always there. She didn’t just help manage my pain, she helped manage the emotional side of it too.
It’s incredibly difficult to go from being in peak physical shape to struggling to open a bottle of water or get dressed. Dena understood that, and she treated me like a person, not a case.
In a world where it often feels like you’re just another number, at Theory, and with Dena, you truly feel like you’re number one.
I’m incredibly grateful for her care, attention, and support during one of the most challenging times in my life.“
