I have 3 pairs of Oliver Peoples sunglasses and love them. I was on vacation to Chicago and has just purchased a new pair when I was in Boston. It was sunny out and pulled my glasses out and the lens fell out on the ground and broke. I stopped into the Oakbrook mall and Omar helped me. He took them in the back and looked up my account and gave me a new pair. Customer service is amazing and highly recommend the sunglasses and frames for prescription as my husband has 6 pairs of frames in glasses and sunglasses. Very happy. .
Alex optometrist at Oliver Peoples Oak Brook is outstanding. He helped me choose a frame that fit my face perfectly with a lens color that complemented it. He even explained why non-polarized lenses were a better fit since I’m often on the computer. When fitting my new progressive sunglasses, he carefully aligned everything to ensure my vision fields were in the best spot. I want to especially thanks Michele for repairing my titanium frames. I accidentally stepped on them and thought for sure they could not be repaired, sure enough she came back with them 5 minutes later and like new again. Amazing!
