Call to have a valve replaced, Which the first person did. I Called because I had some concerns about the install and they were kind enough to send backup a few days later. “Kurt” arrived a few days later, but w an attitude (and an impressionable apprentice.) At one point Kurt snapped “I get paid either way,” and walked out without addressing the issues. Bill’s Plumbing was kind enough to send another plumber who addressed the issue, was respectful and shared his knowledge.

Servicing tankless hot water heater. Kurt was on time and showed me how to drain the tank myself so that I don’t need them to service it each year. He was also very helpful in responding to questions I had regarding some other plumbing issues.

I love this company! I've used them for a water heater replacement in our multi-unit building as well for replacing an anciet faulty shut off valve and installing a freeze resistant spigot. In an era of service companies are being bought up by private equity and turned into extortion clown shows this outfit is refreshingly professional and affordable. Their employees are genuinely friendly and helpful. They had some down time while they were waiting for the massive tank to fill and the apprentice/helper, instead of staring at his phone, started tinkering with a floor drain I had given up on ever working.
