“I love tilo! Amazing service. They are always conservative with me because I have Pots and ehlers danlos syndrome which is dangerous when I go elsewhere for massages. Tilo is very adaptive to my needs and very professional. I feel safe and heard as never leave in pain. They also do reiki as well which helps me ground after a massage. All of the therapists here are extremely competent, knowledgeable in all the latest techniques, such as dry needling, and they are very kind and understanding of your individual needs, adapting your therapy with those in mind. Physical therapist Joby John and therapy assiant Haroon created such a program for me that demonstrates the measurable progress I'm making, My current visits are the result of coming out of a rehabilitation facility to continue that therapy as well as to get me ready for a total knee replacement. All of those needs are being fully met. Look no further. This is the place to come. You will be very glad you chose Athletico.My review 2 years ago, below:As an 81-year old with a history of bilateral total high replacements and lumbar spinal fusion, , chronic back pain has been part of my daily life for years. Several years ago I was helped greatly by therapy with Parul Shah here and, even with continued home exercise, this winter it was obvious that I was in need of a "tune up". My physiatrist recommended a return to Parul but her schedule was filled more than a month ahead so I worked with Joby John instead who has been remarkable! He really "knows his stuff", is kind, personable and constantly made adjustments and added to my PT program as needs dictated. I obtained pain relief by "dry needling" with therapeutic massage in which Joby is specially trained and certified. After two months of PT I "graduated" to Joby's home exercise program designed for my current needs. I enthusiastically recommend Joby and ALL the excellent therapists and therapy assistants here at Athletico in Morton Grove.“

“Very clean location, staff very professional.The only thing their 60 min massage is not a full 60 massage they include getting you from the lobby and changing your clothes in the 60 mins however it was a good massage“

“A fun place to spend the day relaxing.Someone asked about the clothing and the spa. This is my answer (couldn’t submit my previous answer due to a layout issue):The shorts and shirts they give everyone to wear are very roomy. So, I think you’ll be all right. They have a wide array of sizes: small to XXL, I believe. It’s pretty standard protocol that they make everyone wear the same thing and don’t allow folks to wear their own clothing in the spa. People can wear their own socks and slippers though.Also, in the spa, everyone is naked. No one is allowed to wear clothing nor bathing suits.“
