“I have been seeing Charles for about 5 years now. He is by far the BEST massage therapist I have ever received treatment from. He is very thorough, often spends more time than is actually scheduled because he cares so much about his clients' well- being, and is highly effective with the techniques he utilizes which are many (deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial release, craniosacral, etc.).His costs are very reasonable also for someone of his skill level. He is also humble, easy to talk to, a great listener, and is very calm which adds to the therapeutic effects of his massage.I highly recommend Charles to anyone looking for a high quality massage! I have been to several massage therapists before I met Charles. Many of them charge more and spend less time than Charles has with me. In addition, they are not nearly as skilled as Charles.On top of all this, he is a great conversationalist!“

“I have been to a ton of chiropractors in the Chicago and St. Louis area and this place stands out as the best I have ever been to. First of all, the front desk staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They were able to work with my insurance company to make sure I am making the best financial choice for me based on how many times I anticipate coming.As for the chiropractors, I personally see Dr. Jon Sebby and he is absolutely incredible. When I came to him, I was overweight and wasn’t able to move pain free at all. During our first few visits, Dr. Sebby spent plenty of time with me answering all of my questions and explaining each procedure he was doing on me. On top of that, I was sent home with exercises I could do at home so I wasn’t just relying on the one visit per week to make progress. Along the way, I got a bit overzealous in the gym and wound up not being able to get off the floor and was carried out and taken home only to be taken to the hospital later in the day. Within two weeks of visits with Dr. Sebby, I was back on my feet, walking, and lifting weights again. It was truly an incredible experience that I did not think was possible. To this day, I am still able to move pain free and have since joined martial arts with no issues. Without the help of Chicago Chiropractic and Sports Medicine, I do not think I would be able to do this. There are many other perks of going here as well including massage therapy, nutrition advice, and everything you need to get and stay physically healthy. I can not recommend this place enough. If you’re in the area and need chiropractic work, look not further.“
