Skinflection Spa is one of the best skin care centers I have ever seen: honest business, wonderful staff, and fantastic customer service. They take good care of their customers. I was planning to use a laser treatment to remove the dark spots on my face. After their detailed exam, the owner patiently and honestly explained to me that my skin was not fit for the laser treatment. They are very responsible and put their customers first. Skinflection Spa is a great skin care center you can trust. I would recommend this business to any of my family members and friends.

I’ve been coming to skinflection in Niles for years now and I can only say good things! The staff is always so friendly and I’ve seen amazing results with laser. Specifically Andrea is absolutely delightful. She’s extremely personable and makes you comfortable and makes the whole process seamless. She is detail oriented with her technique and tailors to each individuals needs. She is a big reason I’ve had such great results, a kind and genuine soul and I’d recommend her to everyone!
